A yearly tradition in Pocatello is set to be one of the topics for the March episode of “Calling City Hall.”
Hannah Sanger, Science and Environment Division Manager for the City of Pocatello, will join Mayor Brian Blad and City Council President Steve Brown March 1 at 6:30 p.m. to talk about what is in store for the 2016 Portneuf Valley Environmental Fair. This year’s event is free to the public and will take place at Caldwell Park Saturday, April 16 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Also joining the program will be Peter Pruett, Pocatello Zoo Superintendent, for a look at the programs on tap for the zoo this spring including “Animal Olympians,” “Junior Zookeepers,” and “Water, Water, Everywhere.” Pruett will also discuss the opportunities to volunteer at the zoo.
The show will be live on Government Access Channel 56 Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. and the public is invited to participate in the program by calling in with their questions to 234-6282.
