- Total Aircraft Operations (every take-off and landing at the airport): 23,297
- Total Passengers Enplaned (Number of passengers on commercial-SkyWest flights): 25,559

- Dogs adopted: 598
- Cats adopted: 529
- Total volunteer man-hours: 4,264

Building
- Permits Issued: 2,557
- Total Permit Application Valuation: $63.5 million

- Total Council Meetings: 46

- Total Record Requests processed by Clerk: 146

Finance
- Processed 6,505 checks
- Processed 15,135 transactions for City employee purchase cards
- Processed 5,681 receivable billings

Fire
- Total Incidents: 7,466
o 6,195 were EMS calls
- Total Property Value Lost to Fire: $1,557,615
- Total Property Value Saved from Fire: $5,100,394

Human Resources
- 1,689 hardcopy employment applications processed

Information Technology
- IT maintained:
o 590 PC/Laptop/Tablet computers

Library
- Total Circulation: 645,503
o Adult Checkout: 165,917
o Children's Checkout: 110,405
- Library card applications: 2,906

Parks and Recreation
- Parks and Rec. maintained:
o 26 parks over 351 acres
o 21 playgrounds, 26 baseball/softball fields, 11 soccer fields, and 4 tennis courts
o The 3,000 acre and 50+ mile City Creek trail system for an estimated 25,000 users
o 64 acres at Mountain View and Restlawn cemeteries

Planning and Development
- Neighborhood and Community Services Division
o Assisted 31 low to moderate income households with housing needs
o 7,353 residents benefiting from reconstruction of dangerous sidewalks
- Economic Development Division
o Facilitated 1,000+ jobs being either created or retained at new and existing employers

Police
- Total Calls: 25,829
o Top 3 Call Types:
Suspicious: 2,416
Welfare Check: 2,304
Disturbance: 1,974

o Failure to provide proof of insurance: 2,769

Public Transit
- Total Passenger Boardings: 333,529
- Total Passenger Miles Traveled: 2,152,453

Public Works (Engineering, Sanitation, Science & Environment, Street Operations, Water, and Water Pollution Control)
- Disposed of 42,871.6 tons of waste at the Bannock County Landfill
- Recycled 2,191.93 tons of waste from 13,299 participants
- Diverted 275.4 tons of yard waste from 600 participants
- Performed 44 miles of pavement management
- Cleaned over 230 miles of sewer line
- Biosolids program beneficially reused 1,238 tons of biosolids
