Level Pay

This is a great way to get your utility bill off the monthly roller coaster. The previous 12 months of your billings are totaled and then averaged. This average is what you pay each month, building a credit in the winter months when water consumption is less to carry you through the higher summer month bills.

Recalculation


Each November your account is recalculated for actual charges, and your payment may go up or down depending on your usage. With Level Pay, you still receive a monthly statement so you can monitor your account and consumption.
